I booked Dwayne to fit a new shower for me, job was sorted within 4 days. Dwayne was a lovely guy, very professional and courteous (loved the fact he took his boots off at the front door). Price he charged for the job was very reasonable and was completed within approximately 30 minutes, and he even took the rubbish away. I would certainly recommend Dwayne for any plumbing works.

Dwayne disconnected and removed the old radiator then returned after the wall had been decorated to fit a new one. He worked efficiently and tidily, leaving no mess. He got 2 special pieces to cover the small bits of pipe put in to allow for the extra thickness of the radiator I had chosen. He also serviced my gas boiler, checking everything, answering my questions and provided a fully completed gas safety record form. He was very pleasant and professional. His rates were certainly reasonable and I would not hesitate to ask him to do further work.

He replaced the mechanism with a more up to date unit, which provides flexibility for amount of water use. West plumbing were professional from the start, they arrived on time to quote, gave me a fair estimate and then turned up on time on the day we planned. He was really tidy in his work, no waste left, everything works as it should now. He also removed and capped off a damaged radiator that was leaking for us. We have re-booked for another 3 radiators in January. Genuinely refreshing to find a decent tradesman in our area. There is hope!

Fitted two sets of bathroom taps within a few days, arrived as arranged on time. No mess left and fitted a free hose that we needed at no extra cost! Very competitive pricing. Even followed up with a message to make sure everything was ok. Would not hesitate to recommend and will be using his services again soon!!

All I had was a hole in the floor, where there had been a stand alone toilet. I know have a toilet sink and back to back radiators. All new piping had to be run, fitted perfectly and not a speck of dirt left. They also did the work in half the time I was quoted by anyone else and at a really good price. Will be asking them back when I’m ready to swap out my main bathroom suite.

West plumbing carried out some work Fitting radiators for us. Despite us purchasing a few wrong parts he managed to work with what we had and made it work for us. Had Dwayne from west plumbing get in touch shortly after posting the job. Price was very fair and showed up to the job on time and gave plenty of assistance in the selection of a new shower. Was very professional and tidy when working in my home.

A flexible pipe had split in the downstairs toilet and water everywhere. Turned the water off so needed someone to look at is asap. I contacted Dwayne at 9pm and he had replied within a few minutes to prove a quote (which was reasonable) and the he could come in the morning at 10-10.30am. He arrive prompt at 10am. Completed the job with no fuss and was courteous. Would certainly call again.

Had a problem with our toilet leaking, previously tried a few local plumbers but non turned up or phoned back. Tried checkatrade early on a Saturday and Dwayne responded very quickly and came round soon after, which was unexpected given a Saturday. He was on time, curtious and even nipped out to get a extra missing part. Dwayne provided an exceptional service for my 96yo mother. He went above and beyond with the service he provided and replaced pipe work and cistern items to ensure my mum was left worry free. His empathy and care is something we could all learn a lesson from.

Contacted Dwayne late in the evening on the Wednesday, and he agreed to do the work following day. He turned up on time, so there was no loitering around for me. Completed the work under 30 minutes which involved replacing a part. Afterwards explained the issue with toilet cistern. Paid him the price he had originally quoted, which I considered was a reasonable price. Regarding tidiness after completion of job, this was not relevant, as he did not create any mess. He was polite and professional, I would use him again for any plumbing issues in the future.
